This movie is a must-see! I have to admit that I had misgivings about it when I first heard the title. I mean, "Hello, talk about a leap from logic, right? Let me disconnect my brain first and maybe I'll enjoy it." But I saw it today and it's pretty good! No wait, it's awesome!
Okay, let's plug the obvious hole: the plot. It's kinda hard to imagine any normal situation where that many snakes would somehow end up on a plane, but when you watch the movie, they do such a good job of building up to it, that by the time it happens it makes perfect sense. I won't spoil it for you here, but when you go see it, you'll see.
Secondly, the acting. This is what really carried the movie for me. It's not like they're gonna win Oscars or anything, but the cast did more than enough to carry the movie. There's Samuel L. Jackson, intense as usual. Then there's a bunch of people I didn't recognize but did a good job anyway. I think it was good that they didn't get major stars coz the movie seemed so much more real. Like these were ordinary people and this was really happening.
There's so many more things I could get into also like the effects, the shots (Most creative shots I've seen in a while. Not your usual "sudden scare as the camera pans" stuff) and the soundtrack (What a score!!! There's this great music video in the end that on its own would make the entire movie worth going to.). The whole movie itself is an experience I would love to repeat.
okay, just kidding. this movie sucks. joshua and i made good reviews to see if people would watch it and be plastic to us later, talking about how much they liked it. hehehe, wala namang ganon.
